Job Responsibilities:

-To assist in executing structured selling activities to achieve revenue targets and develop sales at designated key accounts and product lines
-Help develop, refine and implement detailed sales plan which result in the attainment of sales and profitability targets, along with maintained expense control to budgeted guidelines
-Investigate the development of new market opportunities for business opportunities
-Monitor market trends and manage market intelligence to sharpen focus of business plans
-Coordinate with the marketing team to identify marketing plans for launch events
-Develop, implement and maintain account servicing programs
-Respond to and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.

Job Requirement:
-SPM level certificate and above
-A minimum of 1-2 year experience in sales. (preferably in Home Decoration Sales)
-Possess strong business acumen with a proven track record in sales or marketing
-Results-oriented and self-driven demonstrated sales & marketing management skills with strong industry knowledge
-Able to take challenges and willing to learn
-Computer literate Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary Range:
RM2,000-RM2,500 (Depending on experience)+ Sales Commission, EPF and SOCSO
