-Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
-Research for projects
-Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
-Sorting and handing out post
-Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
-Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record and transcribe minutes.
JOB REQUIREMENT
-Computer literate is required for this position
-Able to work independently
-Must be able to professionally
-Positive attitudes and result oriented
-Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
-Good relationship building skills and able to communicate with all level of personals
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
-Matured, committed, self motivated, responsible with good working attitude and comfortable with multi-tasking.
