SV is freehold, pay cheaper maintenance fee at 22 cents n still walking distance to universiti lrt albeit it is not covered. Klgateway has direct lrt linkage via an aircond bridge. Gateway is also part of a self contained integrated development with good landscapping.

Balcony would b an advantage. Klgateway's premium suite has balcony. R1 n R2 dont hv. Hv 2 use drier..

So direct competition will between SV and Premium Resience for this who prefers balcony.

Wonder anyone has idea what is the selling price of Premium Residence.

For South view studios the price gap is 100psf between block A and B, although nearer to highway for block B, high floors may have good Klcc view.
