Actually kl has no state govt. At parliament level, Pakatan Rakyat beat BN with a resounding victory. But the mayor of KL is appointed by BN. So technically BN controls DBKL..

SV is freehold, pay cheaper maintenance fee at 22 cents n still walking distance to universiti lrt albeit it is not covered. Klgateway has direct lrt linkage via an aircond bridge. Gateway is also part of a self contained integrated development with good landscapping.

Balcony would b an advantage. Klgateway's premium suite has balcony. R1 n R2 dont hv. Hv 2 use drier..

SouthvIew key competitor is klgateway n upcoming freehold YNH project located beside it. Freehold YNH project also has 2 blocks of 46 storeys each. Beside YNH is another upcoming project of Tan & Tan.

For southview, block A is a cheaper buy but arial view r both blocked by kl gateway' premium residence n YNH's 46 storey towers on d the other side.

It will b interesting to see how is the freehold YNH project going to pan out. Its just beside southview n also has 2 towers at 46 storeys.

UOA is never late to VP. Many of their of their projects are similar. For eg Southview and Southlink floor tiles are the same. Bathroom flooring and design also d same. Balcony also looks d same. So in view of their uniformity they will finish their development on time. So fat hope for investors to earn LAD.

Southview will be ONG when the link bridge is constructed to connect SV to klgateway mall then to universiti lrt. When that happens price increase another 5% to 10%..

According to a recent proocafe report on southlink, the writer wrote that the bridge will link to the new mall space that is located below the 2 blocks of premium residence. These 2 blocks are still undergoing construction.
