Technical/Onsite Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
-To render indoor/onsite support services – to service, troubleshoot and/or monitor MAHA access control/integrated security system installations.
-To interface with customers and to co-ordinate all inspections, startup, customer training, commissioning and performance testing of installed ELID systems.
Requirements:
-Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree in either Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Computer Science
-Required skill(s): MS SQL Server, LanManager, MYSQL and such other related network management system
-Required language(s): English and Bahasa Melayu
-At least 3-5 years of relevant site-support working experience preferably in access control systems
-Resourceful team player with strong problem-solving & organizational skills
-Results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
-Application open to Malaysian citizens only
-2 Full-Time position(s) available.
Salary Range:
RM2500-RM3000 (varies based on experience) + EPF and SOCSO + Claim Allowance for Travel
Working arrangement:
Monday-Friday,9.00am-5.00pm
Half Day on Saturday (Alternate Saturday) from 9.00am-1.00pm
