KLCC OFFICE TOWER ON LOT K (PACKAGE 4)

Office development works for a 66-storey tower, on a 1.20-hectare site, to include:

• two lobby floors
• three floors of service spaces
• five mechanical floors
• an office floor with landscaping
• 55 floors of offices

Project Stage Design

Construction Start 3rd quarter 2015
Construction End 3rd quarter 2018


KLCC HOSPITALITY & RETAIL PODIUM ON LOT K (PACKAGE 3) 76 storeys

Hospitality development works for a 76-storey tower and a retail podium with mezzanine floors.

The 76-storey tower will contain:

• five recreational floors
• 20 floors of hotel with 230 guestrooms (Raffles Hotel on middle floors)
• 28 floors of 48 condominiums (strata apartments on upper floors)
• 14 floors of 80 serviced apartments (on lower floors)
• a management office
• a restaurant
• six mechanical floors

The retail podium and mezzanine floors will contain:

• five floors of retail spaces (to house some 80 tenants)
• a mechanical floor with retail spaces
• a mezzanine retail space with canopy pedestrian walkways (connecting Suria KLCC with the Asy-Syakirin mosque)
• a concourse retail space
• four-levels of basement car park
