I guess these are more suitable for a secondary school magazine...

for that pic......
ermm.... the design is ok, but seems like the photograph is low in quality...
perhaps he/she should use lower ISO speed to take it...
and the text... ermm... it would be better to use another colour & font...
just some personal opinions... no offence...
