JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
 To produce creative, efficient and practical design solution.
 Attending project meeting when necessary.  Manage to arrange own site visit on progress construction/renovation work.
 Research and get material library up to date.

Job Requirements:
 Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Architectures, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
 Required own transportation for certain working activities.
 Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Powerpoint, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad.
 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
 Applicants must be willing to work in VIVA Home Jalan Loke Yew.
 Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Specification:
 Excellent written and oral communication as well as listening skills
 Positive and passionate
 Those with admin experience is an advantage
 Fresh graduated are welcome
 Applicants must be willing to work in VIVA Home at Jalan Loke Yew
 Independent, self-motivated and responsible

Working Location:
VIVA HOME, Kuala Lumpur

Salary Range:
RM2,500 - RM3,000 + EPF + SOCSO + Basic Medical claims
