Essential Qualifications

1. Good working knowledge of the Windows 7 Operating Systems.
2. At least 2 - 4 years working experience with software quality assurance.
3. Computer Science Degree or similar.
4. Experience on projects working as Test Analyst.
5. Experience with Test Automation design and development.
6. Hands-on testing experience with practical knowledge and experience in all phases of software QA.
7. Experience with testing at various levels (unit, functional, integration, system, load and performance testing).
8. Knowledge of the Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 Database Server.
Desired Qualifications

1. Excellent formal and interpersonal communication skills
2. Must be self motivated
3. Must be a team player
4. Familiar with insurance workflow processes.
5. Understanding of Windows Server 2005 or 2008 Server Operating Systems.
6. Experience working with iterative development methodologies.
7. Experience testing in .NET technology platforms.
8. Experience with C#, ASP.NET, Java, multiple OS and RDBMS.
