Exhibition Sales & Marketing Manager / Executive


Responsibilities:
- Responsible in developing & executing effective sales strategies towards achieving sales targets.
- Explore new markets, identify and develop new accounts.
- Follow up on sales leads, referrals and make regular sales / cold calls on potential customers as well as sales presentation.
- Build and strengthen good rapport / business relationship with customers.
- To foster a close relationship with new prospects/customers and to understand their needs well in order to fulfill and meet their requirements accordingly.
- Responsible in preparation of sales and marketing activities.
- Provide customer service and prompt response to customer enquiries.

Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma or Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business related courses.
- Self-starter with a minimum of 1 – 2 years (Executive) and 3 - 5 years (Manager) of working experience with proven sales tracking records including customer service expertise is required. Candidates who are experienced in conference or exhibitions sales are priority.
- Able to work under pressure with multidisciplinary teams and multi-cultural.
- A high motivated, quick-learner, and adaptable person with good technical skills and good communication skills in English. Ability to converse in mandarin and some local dialects will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and phone presentation and written skills.
- Sales skills and previous experience is essential.
- A passion for developing strong customer relationships and generating new business.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Computer literate and possess good command in MS Office
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel to outstation.
