hi 1st time poster here, hope u guys can help me out.

my note 2 is unable to play certain flac files, it says they are unsupported. But it can still play other flac files jus fine. Any thoughts? Btw, I'm using the stock music player and shud b fine since note 2 support flac natively and is able to play my other flac files too.

on a side note, is brown and purple official sme set? wanted to buy them last time but only AP set available. They'r gorgoeus.

Nope, I havent registered myself yet. Will do that soon. Been visiting this thread before i bought my note2 just about over 1 month ago and hav always got stuck in understanding the rooting section.

For the supported as well as unsupported flacs, they are both 44.1khz, 16bit 1411kbps. I did checked with my pc and they are playable. The only difference is that for the unsupported flacs, they were initially in ape format. Not sure if the converting/encoding?? is not supported by the stock player. So maybe u'r right. Hope sum1 can guide me on the conversion.
