Post 3 has a watch out for link if you're getting a 2nd hand unit. Otherwise normal stuff like make sure it's a sealed box, IMEI matches etc. Post 3 as well.

If you already have TWRP why would you need this? This tool should be operating on the same ADB permissions used by recoveries.

Well it's a fairly new method, since it was only first posted in FEB 2013, and it is in the Android Dev section and not the device section, so I guess many wouldn't have realized.

However alephzain was the first guy who realized the exynos abuse problem, so I'm pretty sure his tool will be a good one.

Dual SIM is the N7102, seems to be only available in China. Oh and it is not LTE capable.
