Up to this point, I believe it is not a DX10 game. Unless, EA postpone it to be released together with Vista. So, I have reasons to believe that if this game is out before Vista...we all can sing with joy. Not much of a software expert but just my 2 cents. is this a Directx 10 game? i hope it is not
