I still remember NOD so damn imbalance on land last time, artillery, obelisk, underground unit which can become war factory, somemore got 2 missile silos

You mean in TS?

GDI halted production of the Mammoth Tank and in turn created a prototype like superweapon called the Mammoth Mk II. But you do get to see the original mammoth tank in action from time to time as it's used mostly by mutants who salvage it from the first Tiberium war.

2-5 RPGs with pavement = owns lame olde' rush = the win
chem missile? kill off the weeds... multimissile? just build pavements so that it doesnt 'dent' the ground and rebuild. artillery? orca bombers. obelisk? just cut off his power...

it isnt really that imba, especially when NOD's playing stealth gens - blow up 1-4 and you have blackouts. either turn off obelisks or stealth, but either way, it's teh win thumbup.gif

Artilleries were damn deadly in TS tho...super damage, pin point accuracy, extreme range....a few of these defended with good air cover could really ruin anyone's day. Hell, you can have a few of these as defensive covers instead of offense and they work well too.

In Firestorm they are toned down though losing their pin-point accuracy...balancing issues I suppose.

I will go shave my head now. It's about time GDI & NOD came back... I never quite liked or enjoyed the other C&C series like Red Alert, etc.

i think that 'pint-point' accuracy in TS's bugged - it's like the shots are registered as a 'hit' rather than a 'minimal splash'...... at least that's how i play during the cc days...
