hi guys, im using m11x r2. i using this laptop to play dota 2. but sometimes my fps drop to almost 0.  It looks like lag but not internet problem. Happen long time ago, sometimes i can ignore it but sometimes annoying like hell. huhu. why does this happen eh?

Anyone here have experience dealing with their customer support?
Why nowadays their people is so incapable? My email already write in point form and highlight to them, they also don't understand. Same case dragged for more than a month. They need to take 1 week to reply my email. Even when I call them, they show that they have little knowledge of what they suppose to know.
