guys, i am interested in getting an Alienware.

currently using a Dell lappie but forgot the model. its an 15".

May I know which Alienware lappie do you guys recommend.

I'm also not too sure about the prices so do update me on the latest price too.

the battery wont die even if you leave the AC adapter plugged in without disabling the charge behavior. once the battery is fully charged, the battery sensor will automatically route the power to the laptop, to prevent overcharging. however, the battery will eventually degrade if you use battery less than 10%. recommended to left the charge in battery is 30%.

but if i choose the M17x, i dont need a monitor and keyboard. the scissor switch keyboard and screen size is large enough for watching movies and play games.

what does the R1 stand for?

not out of budget. it is because not necessary.

my shoulder can withstand up to 5kg, so i dont think 17 inch is a problem. if it is M18x, then i will become a tortoise in 1 hour.
