Restaurant Manager / Operation Manager

Responsibilities:
• He / she are trained and required to handle all aspects of managing the business; from the preparation of drinks/Food to the delivery of the final product, hiring and the profit and loss.
• He / she must able to lead, train, motivate and manage the restaurant team in the whole process of F&B Service requirement.
• Able to plan manpower requirements and staff development within the restaurant.
• To ensure all operation standard are adhered to.
• Checking and following-up on customer complaints
• Review and ensure timely, accurate and complete daily / weekly / monthly report.
• Main responsibilities would be the management of product, service and image of the restaurant.
• Marketing and strategies planning.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a minimum qualification of SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in Food & Beverage Preparation / Services Management with 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
• An individual possesses strong leadership skills, an enforcer and executer, planner, pro-active, resourceful, problem solving, decision making and result oriented.
• Preferably managers specializing in Food & Beverage / Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Pleasant personality with great interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills in English.
• Effective time management, delegation.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
