Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall boutique sales and daily operations.
• Lead and motivate team to achieve sales and meet retail KPI targets.
• Ensure compliance in general visual merchandising of the store.
• Able to handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
• Develop sales team to ensure effective performance in the areas of customer service, selling, merchandise presentation, shortage control and stock replenishment.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in store operations with proven track record in the luxury fashion industry or equivalent.
• Excellent customer orientation.
• Possess good leadership with good planning and organisation skills.
• Self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
