Migrating from WINDOWS to MAC OS X, Is it a GOOD thing o NOT?

I'm planning to migrate to MAC but i'm having doubt about it.
 This is bcz I'm still a student yet I need 2 do lots of assignments using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and mostly also MS OFFICE. Is there any program in MAC which will run these few programs?this sound stupid but still... need 2 ask..  does MAC OS comes wif pirated softwares?  it's a hard dicision...  please help help thanks! |

after reading the opinions... seems 2 b that it's positive feedbacks..
