based on the requirement stated on GCF,
they implement level restriction on Veteran (lv 50) and Elite (lv 100)
so I predict there will be tough fight on Veteran and Special this time (new toilet effect)
end up some space for us to grab some goodies on Master and Elite

Deck 2 maybe A+
Deck 3 dont be suprise to get A+/S
Since your Deck 4 is FSeMP, should be safe to secure a place on S and above
