And to answer your question, these are usually wakelocks due to apps that has audio. Refer to note2 official thread page 1, post 5 . I have described my experience tacking this audiout issue : quote here again:
These are audiout wakelocks. You need to identify each app that uses audio and uninstall it . Than reinstall back each one by one. At each reinstall , allow phone to idle for 30 mins and than see whether you see such wakelocks appearing. Continue to do so until you find the culprit app
Some said it is also due to user selected sounds in settings - try disable such sounds except for calls, SMS,MMS, mails, whatsapp etc
It is strange such apps will only affect certain roms/or even phone models only
i have this serious wakelock audiout problem only in my Butterfly and i traced it to Vol+ app; removing it eliminate these audiout wakelock. It was irritating than , for every hour phone is idle, this wakelock shows 1 hour active

Different user has different apps and no one can give you one single straight answer

here is the update for the issue i posted earlier. i charged my device to full and then left it idle till i woke up. in that 5 hours 30 minutes, it has been awake for 30 minutes. im not really sure why but you can see the screen on time is just only 83 seconds. is maps really causing the problem ?

It haven't reach third, fourth, fifth charge therefore it will be stronger and stronger...

Second charge the battery haven't kick in yet i can achieve such results easily

Just now, i thought my phone got SDS. The LED was blinking as I have Whatsapp message coming in.

Press the power button/home button didnt wake the phone.

Try call from office phone, have the call tone but at S3 still didnt wake to show incoming call.

Try charge the phone, still didnt wake up.

Try connect to PC via USB, the PC detect and installing driver but nothing shows in My Computer.
Try VOL UP + Home + Power button, the phone reboot and went into recovery mode. After that I chose reboot device, and I can use it back.
Wonder what cause this.

Suspect the kernel setting i use especially governor + CPU/GPU undervolting.

My phone is on stock MD2 + Boeffla Kernel 2.11 beta2 & everything is stock.

nope,  i just use the light undervolt option . in before just do light undervolt option for CPU. early this morning, try GPU. (can refer to attached screenshot of the kernel tweak app for options available)

still can use as usual ..receive call/sms/browsing/email/whatsapp
after lunch, the phone cant wake up.

and my phone is now 6 months old (bought on 4 dec 2012) that why i thought SDS 

if undervolt to much, the phone is unresponsive and after reboot, it just stay at samsung logo only right?

Nah, their company got insurance coverage.. like when u buy washing machine.. you can extend the warranty say like 2,3,4,5 yrs...

in case anything go wrong with ur machine in extended warranty period, senheng/senq will claim the repair/replace cost from their insurance.. i know it because my washing machine motor going wrong in 2nd yr... so they ask service man come to my house, bring the defect motor and change a new one.. and their cost + labour charges all cover by insurance

Actually when we do screenshots, does it show the brightness?  Like 100% brightness screenshots vs 50% brightness screenshots.  I tried but it looks the same.

hmm. should i send my device to change the mobo then ? what reasons should i give to change the mobo ? my mobo ver is 1.1
over volting it can fry the mobo maybe ?
