If you use hair dryer, the moisture will evaporate and go somewhere else, maybe deeper within the phone.  Put the phone into a bowl of rice.  The rice will draw out the moisture.  Google and you will see this is the recommended option.
Which app is good to monitor phone temperature?

1. nice explanation about rice sucking the water.. might be good in this case.. before this whenever someone suggest putting the phone inside rice without explaining, i thought they're just joking..

2. i'm using Temp+CPU V2
not funny at all. my phone usually goes up to 37-38+C after browsing internet/ playing games.. maybe can goes up to lower 40+ if heavy use.. to me 40+ is too hot.. can't imagine going to 50
haha i dunno that's why i asked.. cause whenever someone phone or pendrive dropped into water, there's always this kind of suggestion... i was thinking about using some sort of fan/blower without heat but then as Dannyl mentioned, it might not evaporate outside the phone..
