I meet a coward who bid the item i sell in ebay, after i send the parcel of my item to him and i email him and he didn't reply me.(before this when i send, he will definitely reply)because i trust to seller, so i can wait untill he get the item just bank in to me.

after 2 weeks already as he said he promise bank in to me when he receive the item, i called him, he say he is busy ok i understand and i wait, the 3rd week i call him up, he said he just collect the item and ask me to check my bank acc on the 2nd day noon, i check on the eveninng, no transaction. i call his both mobile number, no answer, wht the *&^%

i know where he is working at and his home address + both his phone number. wht is the next u guys suggest me to do?

report to police...
actually not too sure what u can do about it... sad to hear this kind of things happen... these people are ought to be jailed...

just ask him sternly and give him a dateline or else you are reporting to police.

do u think spore police will do with this kind of issue, internet fraud?

All country has cyber law. Malaysia has it too, and it apply for internet fraud. It's definite the responsibility of authorities like our beloved polices and judges to penalize these people fairly. But you know ... what i mean..

What ebay can do is to ban this person and warn others, or even told you to be caution.

Report to police, let the authority do the work.... hopefully...
