<WTA> Dell monitor without power supply

just got my Dell s2340L monitor today but when i unbox it i only get power adapter, it didt came with power cable....just wondering is it normal?

can buy at any shop ma .. Rm5 ..
this S series model DELL will not give power cable .. they just provide u power supply adapter |
