Pick Tailoring as profession, its the easiest way to level your 1st profession since cloth mats came from most humanoid type creature when you level. And get enchanting too with tailoring, when you craft clothes, you can disenchant your craft and sells those in Auction House. Enchant mats sells really good in Auction House, and you can level both your profession FREE OF CHARGE =)
