Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in any Field
Proficient in MS word and Excel Applications
Excellent Communication skills with a pleasant voice
Good listening and problem solving skills
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service/call centre will be an added advantage
Fresh graduates (Diploma / Degree holders) in any fields are also encouraged to apply.
Able work on a 24/7 rotation shift.
Conversant in Mandarin as an additional Language skill would be advantageous
Priority will be given to those can start work immediately.
Required language(s): Chinese + English
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
Job Description:
Handle telephone calls from customers efficiently with the use of good telephone techniques, customer service, speed and accuracy.
Administer prompt feedback on operational issues for improvement.
Exercise good customer service skills at all times.
Handle customer enquiries
Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries & complaints.
Meet productivity and quality standards.
Adhoc assignments to act as as mentor to new staff if selected.
Feedback on difficulties faced at work to superior so that improvements can be made to environment and work processes
Status: Permanent position
Working location : Menara TM, Bangsar PJ
