I am a fresh grad also but I applied for their retail associate because their pay are seriously good.  I was invited for an interview this weekend, may I know what should i prepare? what should i wear, formal or uniqlo t shirts??

ever wonder why uniqlo always has spots for managerial candidates? I used to be a part timer there and many people I know have been attracted by the salary (yes it's very good no doubt). I've known many management trainees including my ex-gf and 98% of these trainees quit within less than a year due to the pressure. It's not exactly a 9-5 job and if you get put under an abusive and robotic Japanese manager you're pretty much f*cked. But if you're not the outspoken type, and likes to lick your manager's feet and be a robotic clone then I encourage you to go ahead.
