Combat yes. What do you need to know?
I've tried Cookies & Cream, Banana Cream.

Otherwise solid product in terms of taste, price, ingredient profile. Pretty much your standard protein blend product.

1. Do you know any supplement company that won't say anything but good things on their labels?
2. Being sponsored by a supplement company doesn't necessarily mean that the fighters actually take them. It just means they can advertise on the fighter's shorts
3. The fighters really watch their diet and train like hell. Very little of their accomplishments are due to the supplements

Not to discourage you from taking it, MP actually makes quite decent products. But supplements aren't magic powders that will turn you into an MMA fighter. If you want to be like a fighter, eat like a fighter and train like one. Cheers

Cain Velasquez is sponsored by BSN.

So means BSN good and promising? laugh.gif

My advice, find the right supplement for you.

What works on A, might not be as effective as it is on B.

Musclepharm Combat Powder Chocolate flavor. Taste 6/10. Depends on individual as well. For the best taste, i'll go for Cytosports.

Tried banana flavour before. Too sweet. Not to my liking. Mixes well though.

Currently taking MP's creatine though. Blends well. Much better than dymatize and ego nutrition's brandless creatine. Much less gritty.
