Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support for Computer Hardware (PC, Servers and printers), Systems (Windows and Linux OS, web servers, email systems and databases) and Networking (TCP/IP, firewall, routers).
2. Maintain call and support logging and tracking.
3. Follow-up and resolve issues to the customer's complete satisfaction.
4. System administration.

Requirements
1. Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1 years of working experience preferred.
3. Working knowledge of PC/Server Hardware, Windows and Linux System Administration, MS SQL, MySQL, E-mail Systems, Firewalls, VPN and Routers has added advantage.
4. Possess good communication skills (English and BM) and the ability to work with diverse range of people with varying levels of technical understanding.
5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
