i had the front windscreen previously coated with opti-coat, but this causes shuddering effect when the wiper is on, how much would you charge to remove(polish) the opti-coat and apply the opti-coat glass? PM me pelase

If you wanted to DIY, you can import it from USA on your own.
Only the consumer version available though, pro version is only for authorized distributor/detailer.
