1. How long does it take for a parcel from US to reach me?
2 weeks, or 14 days from the day it leaves US, must be within a month if they use one of these options: first class, priority or express.

2. Can I track my parcel from US?
Yes.
For first class, ask for custom declaration ID, but it no longer works after it leaves US. At least you know how long has it leaves US.
For Priority and Express, please ask for the tracking code.

3. How do I consider a parcel is lost?
After a month and you still do not received the parcel, especially when you use one of these options: first class, priority or express, it is lost.
Some might use cheapest method, and it might took them half year to reach you.

*Please note, if your item exceed RM500 (inclusive of shipping fee) or box are too big but the value are too low (you know what you did) , kindly sit back and wait for the love letter from our hardworking custom. Your item are probably are held by them and you will get taxed from the custom. No guaranteed for the latter.

4. What should I do if my parcel are held by custom?
Use post office service, pay them the fee and the cleared it for you or go yourself with the love letter that is sent to you by custom. Kindly declare original value to not further pissed off the customs.

5. How do I prevent losses if my parcel from US is lost?
Insured your package, at least you get back the money that you paid for the items. Recommended for First Class method.
And you can sleep in peace after that. 

6. Any recommendation on which services to use if I purchase LEGO US?
USPS First Class for small item, like minifigs and parts.
USPS Priority or Express when you buy set with or without box.
FedEx or DHL if you are filthy rich and want to get your set ASAP.
