IMO, ThermalTake and Cooler Master are the best brands in the market for your needs. I recently purchased a Cooler Master and it's really silent and it has this really sweet blue glow for transparent casings (unfortunately I don't have one...)

Your only problem is which to choose, Thermaltake or Cooler Master. I will vouch for Cooler Master since I've never used Thermaltake before, but I'm sure both are excellent based on reviews I've read.

2.Tuniq Tower 120 (RM2XX)
3.Thermaltake Big Tyhoon(this is around RM160+)

I'm using Thermaltake Big Typhoon .. max 44c in room temperature during 10 hrs prime testing my XP2000+ OC'ed to 2000 mhz .. not to mention it's SILENT too cos it's running at approx. 1300rpm .. the 12cm fan that comes along doesn't have LED but you can always change the fan ..
