Hello guys,

I went to a shop to buy a phone. The owners are very popular on lelong and perhaps here too.

Now there is an issue with the wifi as it is faulty.

It has been less than 24 hours and the phone is brand new.

I called them and stated that i want a 1 to 1 exchange. The phone is an AP set where they told me i have to send for service and it'll take up to 2 weeks.

Then i argued and they told me , even if i were to buy an apple phone, and went to Apple's store, I would have to wait for 10 days for them to service it and so on.

I just want to know my rights here. Am i without a choice of just giving them the phone and wait for that period of time to get it repaired when it is brand new, or can i fight to obtain a brand new set?

I managed to solve the issue after all so I am relieved that I don't have to go through this mess afterall.

 

Change to:

0.0150sec    0.60    6 queries    GZIP Disabled
