Job Roles:
1. Migration Developer

Responsibilities:
1. Design and development of data migration interfaces from other systems to Siebel. Data migration interfaces involve multiple stages between source systems to Siebel and are built using Siebel EIM technologies
2. Develop & unit test data migration interfaces into Siebel (using EIM).
3. Develop and unit test data migration interfaces from Source systems to staging areas (using PL / SQL).
4. Develop data interfaces that are performance efficient.
5. Develop data interfaces for complex entities and large volumes.

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Skills in Oracle SQL, Basic C, C++, Unix Shell Scripting
4. CGPA 2.90 and above
5. Preferably with Oracle SQL Tuning and DB performance
6. Telco BSS solution knowledge
7. Proficient in English

2. Database Siebel Developer

Responsibilities:
1. Obtain and design the requirements of the client
2. Develop and configure software systems to meet market / client requirements end-to-end
3. Analysis, Design, implement and quality assurance (testing).
4. Delivery and maintenance of software product or system or for a specific phase of the life-cycle
5. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support the client, project or entity

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Skills in Siebel Query Language or SQL, Oracle and MySQL
4. CGPA 2.90 and above
5. Exposure to Telecommunications Industry is a plus

3. Portal Developer

Responsibilities:
1. Design online user-interface for web-based (Browser-based) application
2. Create functional design del.iverables (Business logic, page flow etc.)
3. Manage requirement confirmation and design workshops
4. Usqbility analysis on application user-interface
5. Support SIT / UAT testing and bug fixes
6. Coding build and deployment of codes into development and testing environment

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Skills in Oracle SQL, Basic JAVA/C/C++/Unix Shell Scripting, HTML, Web Browser and Unix
4. CGPA 2.90 and above
5. Preferably with Oracle SQL Tuning and DB performance
6. Proficient in English

4. Service Desk
*Shift-based for 24 / 7 center

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for supporting the Help Desk Services organization to ensure services are delivered to meet customer business needs and expectations.
2. Receives and responds to customer problems, issues, and requests.
3. Ensures proper documentation, notification, escalation, and tracking and follow up of all incidents.
4. Help other support team members to resolve urgent/outstanding issues.
5. Act as a contact point between Helpdesk Operations and Other teams.
6. Assist supervisor to provide report to the management.
7. Job is performed with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
1. IT-able
2. Familiar with Windows OS, Office (Excel, Word) and Internet Explorer
3. Proficient in English and Malay
