yesterday when i do some research only realise only block A got balcony..block b and c dont have right? then also got mentioned

and depend on ur work place also? if u work in kl or pj or even worse in rawang..then it will be hell of a driving for u.. and for my case i work in pj.. thinking seriously about the distance

duno la..need see..previously i got visit kajang b4.. the place is ok but really quite a distance.. if see kota kemuning/shah alam nearby area, no such price liao

sure la.. the moment government decide extend mrt to kajang it changes a lot of things.. not oni mrt, many highways build for easier in n out of kajang. shows there is certain population in kajang can sustain the growth.. hmm , distance ... arghhh rclxub.gif

yea didn't get a unit due to already vested in another place. i was thinking to sell upon vp but with all the procedure of selling a property fastest need about 6 months? my another property also about same timing VP.. by that time need pay both side.. pengsan rclxub.gif
