Talbac , you mean that Facing East would be facing the prison and not the Quarry? I thought was the other way round. Please correct me if i am mistaken.

The prison land is on the far end after Mutiara Villa, Ameera Residence is location next to Mutiara Villa but further away from prison compared to Mutiara Villa. Block A would be directly fronting the prison land but was already fully booked.

I think the next wave of BBB should be Block B.
Block B is facing Kajang Town, not prison. Block B also has forest reserve view since you can see the forest from the house's kitchen window, main door and along the corridor. Also, Block B has only 6 units.

Thanks Sifu for your clarifications.. i think block A sold out mainly becoz they could share the Mutiara Villa landscape view as well as the pool. And i agree Block B would be the second best buy for now.

For Block A, prison view will be blocked by block C since prison is located at the south of Ameera..
Block B will hav view of prison down south... correct me if I m wrong

so actually the 3 blocks (4sides) are facing where? kinda confuse. I'm going this weekend. but hope to do some homework and get more info first.

Also, to all the buyers what is the maintenance fees? got sinking fund?

question, how many units in total available in Ivory Residence compared to this? it is around the same right? anyone with exact figure?

yea didn't get a unit due to already vested in another place. i was thinking to sell upon vp but with all the procedure of selling a property fastest need about 6 months? my another property also about same timing VP.. by that time need pay both side.. pengsan rclxub.gif

yup, saw ivory residence but don't know the answer your question.
