I think usually the units that facing east side will be chosen , and coincidentally the pool side block A is facing east as well.

No wonder its being snapped up really fast.

no. safer in terms of ppl like me might not know how nice the view of kajang town is. if klcc view, im sure it would be nice. tongue.gif
plus, not sure whether there will be any new development that would block the view.

always prefer city view then forest view..

At least some light or movement ( vehicle light trail) during night time...

ya..some would prefer fresh air and mist in forest during morning...

But i more prefer night view as i can enjoy my wine at balcony, listening jazz music and look at the wonderful night view.... smile.gif
