QUOTE(MightySmiter @ Jul 15 2006, 10:21 AM) well..if u can afford the 20 inch then u should definately go fr it im using a 19inch widescreen myself and ive gotta say its friggin awesome another question u might want to ponder on is "how often will u be gaming on ur 360?" coz if ur answer is like twice a week/only during the weekends..then why waste the extra RM500 eh? besides..LCD prices are known for dropping really fast and really steep. About a month ago the LCD model ur looking to get cost RM1700 fr the 20inch hope this helps u make ur decision What's your brand? cuz i'm considering a 19'' wide lcd for my 360

QUOTE(Gilthoniel @ Oct 10 2006, 02:04 AM) hey guys, How do I share a monitor between my PC and an XBox 360? I have a 19" Dell LCD which has DVI output. I'm currently using DVI for my PC, so is it possible to plug the VGA cable into the VGA port? How do I switch views or do I have to turn on one machine only at one time? How much is an XBox 360 at the moment? How do I share sounds with my speakers (which are attached to my PC. they are actually a very old Sony HiFi which I do an RCA - Minijack connection) if I wanna use it with my XBox 360? Is there such a connector? I'm so sorry for all the newbie questions but I've not been updating myself with the console world since the old Dreamcast days due to studies and now work. Hope you guys can help me out. Thank you in advance for all your help. Cheers! Dell should have a button for you to switch your viewscreen between DVI & ANALOG (somewhere near the power button) btw, You must buy 360's VGA cable to connect to your PC via Analog, and your PC via DVI. for speaker, connect 360's RCA (Red & white) to your Hifi, and connect your PC's audio cable (green) to your Hifi's minijack.. and voila!

QUOTE(ps360 @ Dec 15 2006, 08:46 AM) Hahaha. Thats the thing, I've had too many requests but now I am no longer on XboxLive. So, didn't want people to think that I am ignoring their requests. No special reason lah .... actually, my GT is still listed somewhere on this site lah Hehe alright

@deodorant. wow, that's pretty awful. i'm using 2007WFP & my 360 connected via original MS VGA cable, it looks very sharp & clear I guess different brand provides different quality. About the resolution, honestly i can't tell the differences between 1280X720 and 1368X720, looks the same. but i've been using 1280X720 all the time. hope this helps This post has been edited by squiggles: Dec 24 2006, 01:22 AM
