QUOTE(prominen @ Jun 8 2007, 10:37 PM) this samsung S8 upgrade from S7 version...I currently use the S7 one and it better so S8 should do better... Bro, is this the LA37S81B? Dun think I can find more info on this model on Samsung's website, but I am looking at the 32" and 40" S8 series info. Mind to tell me how much paid for urs? |

QUOTE(horray @ Jun 9 2007, 07:32 PM) I called MBf this morning and they mentioned that this is the latest model: LA37S81BX (I think this is the one from the Star newspaper today) and apparently not out in the market yet! Could this be the Bordeaux Plus series which is on the Samsung's website? I did some research on my own and its definitely not the Bordeaux Plus series, that would be the R81 series.I'm very interested to get one as well since my 10 year old 29" is now starting to give me problem. Any idea if this is a good buy? Will do some hard thinking abt it, since can get it thru MBf @ 3900 rather than the usual 5499 price tag... i think the price IS very near damn worth it, since we can only get decent LCDTV 32" around that kinda price at the moment. We ARE talking abt a 37" with 7000:1 contrast ratio @ 3900... Tempting? EDIT: Cant find any decent reviews at the moment This post has been edited by ferricide: Jun 10 2007, 01:22 AM |

QUOTE(theGOne @ Jun 18 2007, 02:33 PM) Does DELL 2407FPW supports 1080P for xbox360 and ps3? Read some contradicting reports in Internet on 1080P support. Some said it does not support 1080P. Any ideas? This post has been edited by ferricide: Jun 18 2007, 03:12 PM |

Actually, 1080p for the Xbox360 is achievable via VGA on the 2407WP (which i am using now), be it games or hd-dvd movies. Refer here.
