Hmm...saw your post in both concerto and 28 dutamas threads, and this reply can only show that you are really anti-Concerto but not anti-jalan dutamasraya...
no point to give all negative comment in concerto thread but giving quite moderate comment here, whereas both of this projects are just walking distance.
and the so-called "small road" u mentioned, please really go and have a look, it is so nicely decorated and gives kind of luxury feeling, with water feature guard house and club house sit aside, as what erictan86 said, it is a private road belong to Concerto, its can only give Concerto a grandier feel but not what you said, it is totally up-side-down.

some time keep press people down and try to tee up yourself will end up to let people look down on you.

I also not really talk good about this 28dutamas...the material that provide is not as good as concerto, the design also not as private as concerto...

But the size is more easy to digest unlike concerto huge built up which the absolute price also higher....

So no matter which one is better, all of them got pros and cons...

DoomDoom, it seems like u are doing all the talk by using your mouth rather than ur brain. I could say that Concerto has the best location if it is compare to 28 Dutamas, it is just infront of the two trunk road which make it easy for me and my neighbour to escape from the traffic jam i guess. "Smack in between Changkat View & Menara Duta 2", oh come on the road in between this two condo is wide enough to cater for at least two way lane, 2 from each side. Funny, what again after this.

different people different opinion, other ppl will think 28dutamas is just right beside the main road and easy for them to get in and out.

Can someone compare 22mk, Concerto and Dutamas28 wrt, land size, FH/LH, number units, density, lifts, unit size, finishings and PSF?

MK22 got 500++ units starting 650psf, now left huge units. Its branded as 4* condo.furnishing and privacy pavilion hilltop n concerto win
