i just do not understood this part regarding OIS, mentioning that with OIS could causes blurry images and slanted images.

isnt that OIS is a stabilizer that assist shaky hands? so why turning OIS off could helps getting better and clearer photos?

can someone please enlighten me? im a new to camera stuff.
