Bought a red L920 for my wife over a month ago.
Now the touch screen started to freeze without apparent reason, the buttons are all still working, soft reset sometimes solves the problem but sometimes the problem still exist after soft reset.
It also seems to happen when I plug in the charger (using the charger that came with the L920 box), but then it also happens when it's not charging.
Anyone faced such a problem before with their L920?

QUOTE(jack208 @ May 9 2013, 03:31 PM) It's due to faulty motherboard issue. Send it back to Nokia Care, tell them it's LCD Freeze due to Motherboard and they'll replace the mobo for you. Ok, recently I hard rebooted the device. And it's working fine now, but not until these few days, it started to freeze again, but only momentarily, will test it for 1 more week, then most probably I'm sending it back for warranty. Frustration reaching peak... sigh...

QUOTE(jackal_x2005 @ May 11 2013, 04:55 PM) I have the same issue as you. my white L920 still in ICU waiting for MOBO replacement. ayam sadding.now have to use my old HTC Mozart 7 7 I got so fed up I've decided to just send it for warranty straightaway instead, here's hoping the warranty process won't take too long, what supposed to bring joy for my wife turned into headaches and frustration. Truly sucks!

Sent my wife's L920 to warranty yesterday, any idea how long it usually takes before any response from Nokia on this? less than a month, or more than a month?

My L920 just got back from warranty last week, and the screen is still freezing, I've called Nokia Care Line and called the service centre numerous times, written a loooong report email to them and even took a video of the problem and uploaded it to Youtube, now still waiting for their reply, hopefully I can get a replacement unit. Sooooo unlucky to have gotten a faulty unit.
