Depends. Always do some research before you change.If you don't use a lot amount of apps you'd be fine with 920.
I made a switch from iPhone and I haven't really miss the App Store that much.
I always download a lot of games but never played it, a lot of apps as well but never use it.
WP8 has all the essential app you need, plus the camera is currently one of the best by far.
The only thing that is missing is Instagram for me at least. And there is a lot of rumours every week that it's coming.
