I can't seem to create a folder on the start screen. All the the instructions says "drag tile on top of another tile" but all i get is the tile will just move away..

Just upgraded Cyan lastnight and now regret because cant watch anime stream in full screen like before... is there a way to downgrade Lumia Cyan back to previous one?

wifey's fon died suddenly. it shows cannot find OS or something, like DOS style.
already sent to one shop but they couldn't repair. now trying 2nd shop. donno why is it difficult to repair. looks like software issu only. |
