Not bad, should be located at the highest hill in Damai Perdana. KLCC view is possible at night time.

If rm 400psft with DIBS, will be BBB.

I think this will be under DBKL (KL address)

There are one new going to launch service apartment named One Amerin along SILK Highway is going to ask for rm360psft and that is after 20% rebate. Its possible also for this on 15% rebate (8% rebate + 7% bumi disc)
