I'm A2 buyer so know more about A1 & 2.
A2 south view is 40k cheaper than A1 north (kl view).
A2 psf around 480 for mine at medium high floor

Hmm as mentioned by others. can consider remove the YOGB wotever colors.
Actually can ask archimatrix play with the grey tone and see which one suits CT the most, they are stil the professional one.
Combination of Lighter, midtone grey, darker grey, White Will do. but Not just 3 simple colors.

Balcony side wall just leave it White, simple and nice and able to match the porcelain floortype..
the "C" shape should be in White color too.

the "BlackBoard" on roof top, please ask Archimatrix to think which tone of grey is perfect, darker or lighter. Can add some line texture on it, but not just a big PLAIN Blackboard...

In short, please ask them to make it looks greater than the G Residence, 5Stones, treez etc... LOL and ofcuz Vina, casa green, WOTP..

I never doubt of the developer. I can see Zalam has been doing well. U can see those certificates given by other developers n clients. Ive confident of their workmanship.

As I said. We just commented the COLOR sahaja.
