As for block B1 & 2, heard its about 430psf after 8% rebate.
I'm A2 buyer so know more about A1 & 2.
A2 south view is 40k cheaper than A1 north (kl view).
A2 psf around 480 for mine at medium high floor

In short, please ask them to make it looks greater than the G Residence, 5Stones, treez etc... LOL and ofcuz Vina, casa green, WOTP..
