Went to the site, took some pic..



The entrance/road to enter is not nice..on the left is few rows of abandon shoplots and a road leading to the army school.


I believe this is the site. someone kindly confirm this..ignore those HTC, the project mainly not facing them.

one question, where is the reserve forest which some forumer mention? the hill macam BOTAK liao..
The entrances to tis project really turn off.. hope developer gonna do something about it..
IMO tis project mainly for self stay or flip..hard to rent out at a gud price...surrounding rental psf is like RM0.80 or RM1?

IMO tis place is a nice place to self stay. low density, the concept, the price attract me. BUT only prb is the surrounding. alam damai which is toward north is a high density area with many new houses. but this cloudtree is at jalan bukit belimbing which majority are more than 15 years old houses. dun like the access. it like the Sutera Damansara project.

i believe those who took the time to drive to the site, will know that this project is suitable for self stay and not flipping. those tat dint spent time researching and buy blindly, tats their fault. once drive to tat site, there is nth to hide..abandon shoplots, poor entrance, surrounding is all there. The concept tat the developer provide, suits those who plan to move in with families. wat we hope and discuss here is tat future planning from the developer..hoping chulk kor can deliver tis message to developer..

developer can build traffic light?i noe developer can request for one but not building one..
open road? open from front or back? if back den it will be nice..if front, den it dun make a different.
