Chulk, I'm new here and new to properties, basically I'm still very young.
I have booked a unit, but the problem is, the only "paperwork" that I have gotten from the agent is a PICTURE in whatsapp on the booking form that I've signed and the cash that had been transferred over to lawyer, all in PICTURE format.

I'm not sure if this would guarantee myself to anything as I do not have any copies of black and white with myself to safeguard my position as a buyer, how would I know if anything can happen if I don't have these black and white?

Of course, if it doesn't matter and the pictures are enough, I will be much more relieved.

Well the receipt she has it but in picture form, but right after I had posted here, she had proactively WhatsApp me and check if I could be in Aeon these few days so that she could hand me over the receipts.... maybe she's a lurker as well. HAhahahaha!!! rclxms.gif

No suggestion on colours, but the neon "highlight" is seriously an eyesore, reminds me of Zest, which is not good cause I hated that condo's colours.
Well, for me, colours that are subtle should suit the buildings just fine, but neon colours, heeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll nooooooooo!!!! shakehead.gif

I'm not trying to be rude or anything La but doomdoom, you have nothing good to say at all about this, what is the main point you're here? Just to shoot the project down?

If you're not interested and if you have problems with the developer, just look for another one. Makes me feel like you are sent by other developers to shoot this down. Market Intel lol...

I would agree there are pros and cons but I can't see that you e pointed out any pros. Everyone who said something good you must shoot down, just makes me feel weird because it's like we are targeting you personally and that you are sent by somebody solely to unfame this project.

Personally I am a lurker and a solid buyer but not agent, I'm very sure Chulk would be able to verify my identity as we have contacted privately regarding some issues that I've faced. But if you still insist that I'm an agent, by all means, doesn't hurt me one bit.

It's okay for sharing the cons and it makes us all ponder for more, that's great but when I see each of your posts were filled with negativity, I kind of feel like you've been paid for doing this. Sorry if I've misunderstood you or have offended you in a way or two but to each his own, thanks for being relatively nice to me although my initial post was not so polite.

To all other forumers, I've gotten the copy of the booking for as well as the receipts!!! Crazy amount of people at AEON today, went there to get the paperwork and minions. Turns out the minions are sold out T.T

Haih. I feel very upset about my minions now. The aunties in front of me line up got minions. After half an hour, my turn laaaa finally, then gone already :'( sibeh suey

Oh right, I went to see and found out Block A1 still has quitea some units. Too many people at the corner, in the end just went to ask some short questions and went home wahaha.

Sorry I never check further but I did overhear some conversations agents have with customers, seems like b1 and b2 only have big units left. As for a2 probably less than four units. For a1, that one has quite a lot of units and those taken up ones are blocked by developers, so called for own stay wo.

No idea because I took the 1354 sqft one, so it's at a low area. Not really keen with the view, cause I'm not that kind of person who stares out the Window everyday to enjoy the scenery. I'm the kind who likes lots of heavy drapes in the house. Haha

Yeap there is. Only block b2 and b1 has it if I'm not mistaken. Only has about.. Eight units per block? Can't really remember. Mine is floor 3a,highest for that size is floor 7 but booked already lo that time
