Hopefully more details to be reveal soon, hehehe,

Although I am not familiar with Cheras market, but if RM 400+ psf ( nett ) comes with DIBS, Free S&P and Loan Agreement Fee & Stamp Duty and if with more than 5% discount, I am sure it can be do well.

if owner cant have pet in their unit, what is the use of petzone? hmm.gif

I agree with you.

Why build a facility to waste a space / cost, when a house owner / tenant unable to use it / enjoy it as well as paying the maintenance for it?

We are not that stupid lah bro, we have a pet zone mean you can have pets.
What we need to do is deal with the R&R and DMC.
*
Haha, I didn't mean you are stupid lah bro.

I am quite assure that, if a developer willing to put a pet zone as part of the facility, I am sure the developer will put it as part of the selling point, and insert the clause into the DMC as well as future management's house rule.

If you guys able to do this, I am sure this is one of the best selling point of the project to the Chinese majority and couples where wife / lady really have hobby and preference to keep a pet officially.

Few of the Cheras condos / apartments are allowed to have pet but no pet zone.

As I know, there are 2 apartments at Pandan Indah, the one next to the school and nearby, currently allowing pets.

Others, I need to ask my another Cheras friend, bcz she had pet and told me before.

If im a pet lover.. i rather the tennis court be turn into a walk ur pet park..

+1

Pet lover or no, park or garden is always one of my preference, but unlikely to happen in most of the highrise as it require land and space.

But, it's great to be a pet park, similar like DPC, and cloner kor can sit at the booth and watching ladies playing with their small pets ...

perhaps is a new place to tackle girl...

What a good selling point for this project,... smile.gif

Haha, see ... pet zone is definitely part of the modern facility parcel area to attracts a lot of ladies owners as well as girls hunting buyers, and soon they forgot the good development of other choices, just because of the chicks ...

Possible as Block B is consider "value buy".

In fact CT is consider value buy.  How to get 4 units per floor in Klang valley nowadays with this kind of pricing (of course after rebate) rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif

Can share what is the average price per sq feet before and after discount?
