Get the copy of booking form from the SA first for your own safe-keeping. As for the receipt as they will be submitting the cheques in stages to the lawyer firm (In bulk), that's why will take some times before the lawyer will issue the receipt for your record.

Chulk, I'm new here and new to properties, basically I'm still very young.
I have booked a unit, but the problem is, the only "paperwork" that I have gotten from the agent is a PICTURE in whatsapp on the booking form that I've signed and the cash that had been transferred over to lawyer, all in PICTURE format.

I'm not sure if this would guarantee myself to anything as I do not have any copies of black and white with myself to safeguard my position as a buyer, how would I know if anything can happen if I don't have these black and white?

Of course, if it doesn't matter and the pictures are enough, I will be much more relieved.

my goodness, non CT buyers refrain from interacting here and quoted as arguement? Thats something. I think the developer representative is interacting too close with buyers here. After tolerate on this, more new surprise and demand keeps mushrooming out. Surprise to see some cant receive comment nowaday. well, life move on.
